Fixing Degenerative Systems

Direct Representation in Edu

Idea: a first, the Montclair School District funds its capital expenditures through direct representation of parents whose kid's future are at stake.

Co-led 1st referendum campaign to approve the issuing of $200M in muni bonds to fix old school buildings.  Won 94% of the votes.

Other Regenerators:  Tessie Thomas and Montclair PTAC

Growth as a Service (GaaS)

Idea: unprofitable businesses can now fund their growth by buying "new clients" or "growth" "as a service" and by using sales proceeds to pay for cohorts post-conversion.

Regenerative funds the upfront cost of each cohort so there is NO need to dilute investors or take costly debt to increase yearly marketing budgets.

Other Regenerators: none at this time

Product Diffusion as a Service (DaaS)

Idea: Businesses recognize that consumers who "gift" their products/services save them the cost of acquiring new customers and they invest a significant part of that saving in a Gift Discount upfront.

If the gifters and the recipients are given the same deep discounts, such program can turn into self-fulfilling diffusionl. We call it PayForwarmarketing.

Making Green Bonds More Attractive

Idea: augment (max double) the ROI of a Green Bond by linking it with the peer education/product diffusion that the bondholder generates over time.
